Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Reef Sale offers free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required. The price you see is the price you pay.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A:
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 4–7 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may add extra time.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can monitor your package’s journey in real time.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. These are the only payment methods available at checkout. We do not accept Amex, Discover, cash, checks, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Your credit card details are sent directly to our PCI-compliant payment processors – we never store your full card numbers on our servers.
Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy (calendar days from the date you receive your order). To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have a confirmed quality issue or manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage do not qualify.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. Reef Sale provides free return shipping for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label when we authorize your return.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees or hidden charges.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email our support team at info@reefsale.it.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A:
- After we receive your returned item, we inspect and process the refund within 1–2 business days.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes – if you contact us before your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers. Specific details about materials and origin are provided on each product page. All products are imported and stocked at our facility in Lafayette, Indiana.

Q: Do you have live chat?
A: Not at this time. But our email and phone support are fast and staffed by real people, not bots.
Q: How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
A: We aim to respond to all emails within one business day. Phone calls are answered immediately during our service hours. For voicemails left outside of hours, we return the call on the next business day.
