1. Your right to return
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After that period, we cannot accept the item back.
2. Conditions for a return
To qualify for a full refund, your product must meet all three requirements:
- Unused – No signs of wear, washing, or use.
- Original packaging – All tags, boxes, and accessories must be included.
- Quality issue – We accept returns for manufacturing defects or verified quality problems. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage does not qualify.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
3. How to start a return
Send an email to info@reefsale.it.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
Do not send any item back before receiving the RA number – otherwise your return may not be processed.

5. Return shipping cost
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. The prepaid label we send you covers the full cost.
6. Restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fees or hidden charges.
7. Refund timing – step by step
- After we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to show the refund in your account. We appreciate your patience.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
9. Canceling an order before shipment
If you contact us before your order is processed and shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund immediately. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
